We stayed in an apartment that is recently refurbished and is very clean and equipped with everything: big fridge with a freezer (very handy to quickly chill champagne), range with oven, all pots and pans, sink, all plates and cutlery. Everything was perfect!!Very clean,every day clean service,TV,clean bathroom,very cosy and quite big apartment. Ideal for cheap vacations,since it is fully equiped and you can even cook.Great location, very close to underground and Madame Tussads.Next to a supermarket.

Also there is the bus near the hotel 50 meters about. - It was as I expected and just what I was looking for. Reasonable price, right location and clean. Friendly staff.

The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice.

The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome.
Luxury hotel.
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost.
Very good attention to detail to the smaller things.
Outstanding cleanliness.
Incredibly polite staff.

The most thing i like, the location of the hotel. Its basically next to Churchill hotel of the most famous hotels in london plus its about 100 meters or less from Oxford street. - Super attentive service from check in to check out. The consierge was particularly helpful in answering our questions and providing direction
