the room was quite the size I like and the bed was wonderful. i also liked that there was bath in the room, not just the shower - room and position and lobby

Everything was bad. First of all the name of marble Arch residence wasn't exist and it's Park West building.
Second, there is no reception and you have to go to their office which is 300 meters.
Thirdly, the corridors was smelly, the flat was dirty and old. The towels and sheets was smelly we had to buy new one. The bathroom was dirty we had to c

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff ordered a taxi for us to go to the
apartment and then back to the airport. We chose the express check-in
and it was really quick and hassle-free. We found coffee, tea, hot
chocolate and more in the kitchen free of charge. The apartment was very
clean and had a modern decoration. It's good value for money and
will definetely be staying there again.

Neither did we encounter any difficulties with the left-luggage facility. - The hotel was clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient. Of particular interest to me was the fact that there were plenty of pillows on the bed and included one really soft one. A good bed and soft clean bedding is one of the main components for a good night sleep and, after all, that is what I booked the room for.

Beautiful Georgian house conversion. We stayed at Nr. 9 which had big
double glass doors out to the green. Apartment was well looked after,
modern with nice bathroom. Very good value for money. -

The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.

We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Great location, the children loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom.
We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in
