  When I arrived there was no soap in room and when I told the guy on reception he brought some up immediately.   We arrived early and very wet and was allowed to use the room to change into dry clothes even though the room had not been changed from previous occupants. Went to local pub for an hour then came back and checked in . Room was clean, bed changed and clean and fresh towels, soap and shampoo was provided.
