Room was clean, comfortable and quiet (as it overlooked the garden at the back). - The room, shower and toilet facilities were a good size for a single room and the room was bright and sunny.

  We arrived early and very wet and was allowed to use the room to change into dry clothes even though the room had not been changed from previous occupants. Went to local pub for an hour then came back and checked in . Room was clean, bed changed and clean and fresh towels, soap and shampoo was provided. And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!
