  Absolutely loved the place! Very cosy feel, very comfortable. The host, Russel (and his wife) were very very hospitable. My parents, sister and I were in touring Scotland for a few days and of all the days there, we loved the breakfast here the most. The breakfast was fabulous, all home-made (with love I believe!). Russel was very helpful in every way and I am most than - The hosts were just wonderful--not just the usual friendly welcome but going so far as to come out to our car in a driving rainstorm with an umbrella to help us park and unload our bags. The rooms were clean and comfy, the breakfast was great, and the location couldn't have been better, given that we wanted to be near the city centre. We've been to Inverness several times in the past, but this is our favorite B&B there of all.

  The location, the sense of familiarity. Being a solo traveller you felt secure and that if something went wrong there would be help. At breakfast with the other guests, while at separate tables, the host made it feel like a big friendly group. The owners know the area and were very helpful. Joan and Javed were so lovely - and - The staff were incredible. We left early, before breakfast the breakfast hours had started, and they were kind enough to pack us sandwiches and fruit to take with us on the train. The rooms were bright and clean, and both the mattresses and the pillows were deliciously comfortable. (This was in contrast to previous hotels on our trip.) I would very happily stay here again.
