Extremely friendly people who, upon request, arranged us a room with view on the river. Great location, centrally in Inverness (10 min to centre), superb accommodation with all necessary needs on hand. Loving decoration and open for a nice talk. This Guest House is managed by very polite and helpfull people! The location is fantastic on the river side near the Castle, just a little walk to restaurants and attractions on the city centre. Breakfast is very good, home made and always with a lot of care from the owners! I'll recomend to every one! I'll go back again if I'll be around!

Although I arrived early, I was made welcome immediately. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent value for money, the breakfast was first class, and I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel and use the lounge if i wished until my taxi arrived (1.30pm). I had booked a small room which proved to be lovely decorated. It was located at the back of the house and had all I could wish for. Teapot, plenty of biscuits, two bottles of water, some chocolates. Ross was an exceptional host. His nature/personality is perfect to be the Host of Royston.
His Home/Guest House is warm and inviting as he is what a wonderful time we had plenty of talking, laughter and good times.
Nothing was too much trouble and the cleaniness and décor was just like home.

The room was clean and well appointed with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. A nice lounge area for guests. Piping hot breakfast served at table and good choice on buffet.Two establishments close by for evening meals. The owner was friendly and offered local advice. I would recommend staying here to friends and family.

The staff were incredible. We left early, before breakfast the breakfast hours had started, and they were kind enough to pack us sandwiches and fruit to take with us on the train.
The rooms were bright and clean, and both the mattresses and the pillows were deliciously comfortable. (This was in contrast to previous hotels on our trip.) I would very happily stay here again.

Everything about this guest house was fantastic. The couple running the place were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was spacious, cosy and clean. Only five minutes walk to some great restaurants and venues. And the breakfast is amazing! -

Jade was fabulous. Not only were the meals fantastic but she was great to give ideas and opinions on things to do there and foods to try. Our luggage was lost and she went above and beyond to help us acquire what we needed even offering her own coat for me to use. We stayed up many a nights talking and discussing random things about the different

Made to feel very welcome with drinks on the patio on arrival. Room very clean and modern and perfect location to walk into town. We were able to leave our bags all day after checkout which saved a lot if discomfort carrying these around on a very hot day. The owner was,very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and return.

Perfect location for exploring Inverness and the surrounding area. Naim
was the best host we had out of six B&Bs we stayed at during our
three week Scotland trip. He provided a lot of valuable information
each morning regarding the area based on our plans for the day. The
twin room had a great view of Inverness Castle at night. Ample portions
at breakfast were delicious and provided an ideal start to a day of
touring around.

Nice place, friendly staff, great view. - The house is really lovely, clean and warm. The bathroom is in good condition as well. Good location - near the supermarket, information centre, local tour picking up stop and the coach station. And the breakfast is just home-like!

Wimberley house was very clean, you got breakfast in your room which was nice as you could eat when you wanted too, staff were lovely especially on the last day when we went back to collect our case and the lady gave us a lift back into town which really helped. Wimberley House was in a lovely quite area which was about 20 mins walk from the town

We liked the fact that we arrived at Inverness at 9 pm really tired and everything was really clean, comfortable and ready to rest.
Tha breakfast was included with yougurths, milk jam butter fruit cereals and coissants coffe and tea making facilities.
Everything was new and the bathroon (ensuite) was perfect.
