The Pier Gardens Holiday Let is a quiet little hideaway, perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway break. The beach is a lovely place to wander and take in the natural beauty of the area. The shops are a ten minute stroll away. You can stock up at Morrisons or wander further up the road to the main high street where there is a variety of local shops

The lady who owns this holiday let was very friendly and helpful! The flat itself was very well decorated and extremely clean! It had a lovely view of the sea and beach from the window seat in the living room! We would definitely go back here and would recommend this to any-one! What a lovely place and friendly people!!!!!

The individual styles of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast. Beautiful gardens (although mostly obscured by rain when we were there). Good location right by the cliff top gardens and a path down to the beach. - Clean rooms, location, very nice dining room. Only had breakfast (full english), but it was well done.

Great staff - especially the chef, who went out of his way to find us a restaurant for our evening meal, even though we were not going to eat his food! - everything was excellent. The staff were lovely the food was the best food ever and the stay at the hotel just made the holiday great.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The bathroom was modern and everything worked fine. The owner and staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was very good and served from 8.30 onwards. The hotel had a cosy bar and adequate free on site car parking. All in all, a five star experience for a two star price.

We stayed for 3 nights, it was so friendly, clean and comfortable and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for Graham and Lynne. First class breakfast, delicious. A 5 minute walk from the beach and amusements. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely go back, but for a longer time !!! Congratulations to both of them for a well run B&B. -

The location was good,but best of all was the staff,from the manageress down they were just great,so helpful and friendly,the food was lovely we had breakfast each morning which set us up for the rest of the day.We went out and about each day but always came back for our evening meal,the food is excellent,great menu and they have one of the best chiefs around,keep up the good work you are all a cedit to The Pier Hotel.

We found the staff very helpful and went out of their way more than once to try and help us with our enquiries. Also we arrived about an hour and a half before the check in time and we were still able to check in as our room was ready. The family room we stayed in was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for our 7 month old to crawl around in :
