It had a lovely view of the sea and beach from the window seat in the living room! We would definitely go back here and would recommend this to any-one! What a lovely place and friendly people!!!!!

  Es liegt sehr zentral - Great staff - especially the chef, who went out of his way to find us a restaurant for our evening meal, even though we were not going to eat his food! - everything was excellent. The staff were lovely the food was the best food ever and the stay at the hotel just made the holiday great.

  The staff was really helpful and pleasant, lovely. The localisation is amazing, almost in front of the sea, and close to everything. The room was very Nice and comfortable, very well cleaned. The room was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The bathroom was modern and everything worked fine. The owner and staff were all very friendly.   We stayed for 3 nights, it was so friendly, clean and comfortable and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for Graham and Lynne. First class breakfast, delicious. A 5 minute walk from the beach and amusements. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely go back, but for a longer time !!!   Wow what an awesome stay! very friendly, super easy and lovely rooms. Would 1000% stay again! The food was great, the service was fantastic. Great location for us in regards to photographing a wedding over at at elms barn - suffolk.   We found the staff very helpful and went out of their way more than once to try and help us with our enquiries. Also we arrived about an hour and a half before the check in time and we were still able to check in as our room was ready.
