  The initial reception was excellent and friendly. The staff were very attentive and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond reproach. It has been the best experience of staying in a UK hotel and would recommend it. They should be congratulated on such a lovely service provided.   We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a wonderful time. The room was warm and cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable.
