  mooie lokatie - The initial reception was excellent and friendly. The staff were very attentive and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond reproach. It has been the best experience of staying in a UK hotel and would recommend it. They should be congratulated on such a lovely service provided. Nothing was faked and if things weren't as expected matters were immediately dealt with. Classy, slick and professional. Real breakfasts!!!

  We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a wonderful time. The room was warm and cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Tracy was very welcoming and extended us wonderful hospitality, she also prepared a fantastic breakfast every morning - her homemade bread is great! There were scones and cakes on the dining room table all day for us t... wat mensen zeggen » o enjoy and lovely biscuits in our room which we thought were both a generous and homely touch. The location of the The Blacksmith’s House is fantasti - Very friendly - an absolute home from home where you really are encouraged to get your feet under the table and kick back.fabulous home baking - scones and Jams left every day for you until they are finished. Home made bread and pancakes for breakfast, also home cooked ham, fresh eggs from their own hens - Tracy even messaged me to make sure I'd arrived safely and let me know she had left home-made bread out for my arrival incase I was hungry. Oh, and the home-made shortbread too!! I had to be

  The location was perfect for us. A large car park meant we could park at any time, even when the pub was busy. The rooms were at ground level and accessed without having to go through the pub so we could come and go as we pleased, even after closing time. - I liked the fact that the rooms were all ground level and that the ensuite was actually a ... wat mensen zeggen » room. The rooms open out on to a very pleasant grassed area.The towels were a good size.. The breakfast room was spacious and airy and the breakfast was good.
