  It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The family room was big enough for us and also accommodated a cot, and the bathroom was also large and spacious. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Supplying us with tea and toast at five A.m for an early start. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped . It would make a perfect airport hotel or for a longer budget stay For visiting Bristol and surrounding area.

  We were attending a concert at the nearby Castle & chose it as it was so close. The staff were all excellent especially the breakfast staff who were friendly even though they were busy. I was initially a little put off by the insert your card reception but it was indeed a speedy process & staff were - The staff were extremely helpful. Kept charging my phone for me as I'd left my charger at home. Even googled and printed off some bus routes and times for me to get to the zoo. Great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, cinema and bowling and a further 5 minutes to the mall. Buses right outside the hotel can get you pretty much anywhere. We got th 54 then 9 to the zoo. 54 all the way to Cabot Circus/Harbor and 54 then 74 to Parkway Rail station. Food in the Thyme restaurant was very nice and

  The staff, Becky, and the others were very friendly and helpful. The services provided was very good and clean and maintained. Nicely located in the centre of the city, yet close to the waterside.   We were immediately greeted with friendly, efficient staff. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Delicious breakfast - enough to set us up for a day's sightseeing! Thought it particularly good that checking out time is before 12- this gives guests enough time to have a leisurely breakfast and enjoy their surroundi... что говорят » ngs. Thank you f - We were going to the Hippodrome and so I had sourced this hotel as being particularly close. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.
