Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't
have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like
giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room
service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and
again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area.
Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well
furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

Really liked the 'home from home' feeling, and although small,
the apartment was really well designed and comfortable with all
you'd need for a City break or business trip. In a great position
with a short walk to everything Clifton Village has to offer. Good value
for money, helpful staff, we'll definitely book again and have
already recommended

I had a "small one bedroom" and it was perfect - extremely comfortable bed, kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom clean and contemporary, and it was so quiet. A wonderful oasis. And of course the location, in Clifton, is a stones throw away from all the shopping one needs. The host could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

This is a truly remarkable flat. It is incredibly spacious, almost embarrassingly luxurious and fantastically comfortable.
Every thought and care has been taken to ensure that, once you arrive, you have everything you might possibly need, in this beautiful and quiet environment.

Very friendly attentive helpful staff. Reception area was very welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. Amazing soundproofing - there is quite a noisy road outside, but we couldn't hear it at all, I was also surprised how busy the breakfast room was as we hadn't heard any other guests. i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.

Very friendly welcome by Ashley/David - arrangements for access were excellent. Location/access to Bristol City Centre and also to water boat taxi very good.
SS Great Britain - just a few minutes away from Harbourside Apartment.
Free Museum of great interest at M Shed - just walking distance of apartment.

Very spacious 1 bedroomed apartment - more than met our needs.
Very compact kitchen equipment if needed. -
Good location very close to ss Brittannia exhibition. Very close to
riverside attractions. All in walking distance. Room was spotless and
to a good 4* standard suite. We had a small problem that was
immediately resolved by the management without any fuss or bother - a
definite plus point!
