  The room was comfortable and there was a heater which proved very useful during cool, wet weather. After checking out, I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until I needed to the railway station, several hours later. The proximity of the hotel to the railway station was a great advantage. - Good rate, great location, breakfast included (although ... что говорят » very busy due to wedding and Blondie concert!)   Apart from the spectacular location, I found my room (overlooking the Gorge) to be spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable with a surprisingly fast shower head in the bathroom! The staff in the restaurant/bar are to be highly commended - nothing was too much trouble and they coped with high traffic very effeciently and professionally.   After a flight back from holidays to Bristol airport in the middle of the night it was a great relief for a comfy sleep for a few hours staff were helpful in obtaining details of local attractions and my daughter left her soft toy in the room and was very disapointed staff located the item and returned it by post which made my daughter very happy.... что говорят » - location, as we visited son in the nearby university, friendly and helpful staff. room very clean. my son of 15yrs had a single soffa bed. not a metal framed thing yoou get in some hotels. all very good. food and service at restaurant was very good, breakfast was brill. full english a great start to the day. many thanks..Wynne jones.

  We were immediately greeted with friendly, efficient staff. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Delicious breakfast - enough to set us up for a day's sightseeing! Thank you f - We were going to the Hippodrome and so I had sourced this hotel as being particularly close. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.
