Clean, comfortable, safe and plenty of parking and very convenient for my purposes. I would recommend it in future. - They were very accomdating after the booking system made an error and over booked the family rooms. Very impressed.

This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. The staff where all very freindly and nothing was so much trouble. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time.

Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

Although the room was small for 2 friends sharing i think it would have been perfectly sized for a weekend break for a couple. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choices available, although a longer time period for breakfast would have been better.
The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was great for both a day at the shops and a night on the town!
I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.

The closeness to the centre of Bristol, only a 10 minute walk. have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like
giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room
service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and
again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area.
Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well
furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.
