  The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a big bathroom. A great state of the art gym with all the machines and weights you would hope for- these seemed almost brand new! The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.   Very nice hotel, staff was excellent . food very good. It was a very short stay however hotel was extremely helpful to mark the special occasion as requested Thank you - The staff were extremely tentative and catered to our every needs, especially on the 6 course taster menu and providing wheat free alternatives.

  We stayed last weekend for my friends Hen weekend as a group of 15 in a range of ages. From the second we booked till the time we left the service was incredible! The service was so personable and nothing was too much trouble. They put on a 3 course dinner for us and we were served in style. The parking available is a massive plus in Bath as well! W - All of the our stay was excellen. From the moment we arrived and greeted with smiling faces, and very time we saw a memeber of staff they would always smile and chat to you.   The whole atmosphere and surroundings were great. Really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to with good links to the City, we actually walked in to Bath but it was a nice day and not in a rush.
