  The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a big bathroom. A great state of the art gym with all the machines and weights you would hope for- these seemed almost brand new! Ask for a river side view - Doing the paperwork early so that there were no delays when we checked in later. When on business trip I've stayed with hotel conglomerates such as Kempinski, Shangri-la, Sheraton, Hilton etc. But none of these could compare with the Henrietta, if a heart-warming, relaxing and unforgettable stay is what you are looking for. Bus i - From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.   Very nice hotel, staff was excellent . food very good. It was a very short stay however hotel was extremely helpful to mark the special occasion as requested Thank you - The staff were extremely tentative and catered to our every needs, especially on the 6 course taster menu and providing wheat free alternatives.

  We stayed last weekend for my friends Hen weekend as a group of 15 in a range of ages. From the second we booked till the time we left the service was incredible! The service was so personable and nothing was too much trouble. They put on a 3 course dinner for us and we were served in style. The parking available is a massive plus in Bath as well! W - All of the our stay was excellen. From the moment we arrived and greeted with smiling faces, and very time we saw a memeber of staff they would always smile and chat to you. Also if you required anythimg it was done straight away, with no problem. The rooms were lovey, breakfast is a must!!!With lots of home made products(the best we have tried)Location was excellent, the staff when asked about walks they would print off directs and advise good walks to go on.   Mooie goed verzorgde kamer, prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel - The whole atmosphere and surroundings were great. Really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to with good links to the City, we actually walked in to Bath but it was a nice day and not in a rush. Public transport was nearby and local taxis were in abundance.My wife and I would not hesita... wat mensen zeggen » te to go back again. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The older building was beautiful, and great to have all the facilities. My partner and I thought it was luxurious and great value for money and will be sad not to be able to afford to come when it is done up in all its glory.
