I loved everything about this hotel, we booked it for our first wedding anniversary and loved the look of it from the pictures, I wasn't 100% sure it would be up to scratch as it was attached to a restaurant and the bar didn't close till 12. I booked Alderley Edge as a present for our parents Golden Wedding and 70th birthday celebration. They were going to RHS flower show at Tatton Park so the hotel was a perfect 'base'. My parents had a lovely room at the front of the Hotel (which was quieter) and the staff couldn't do enough for them. A card was provided from the Hotel which my parents greatly appreciated. In organising the weekend the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely room with a superbly comfortable bed and really safe and convenient location. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts are friendly and helpful - I accidentally interrupted their dinner (was a late check in) and they still helped me get oriented towards where to find dinner for myself, with no rush or making feel uncomfortable. I stayed at the Eskdale Lodge around a year ago and had a lovely stay so re-booked as I was in the area again.
I'm pleased to say that the hotel is just as lovely the second time round, I stayed in the same room as before and they also have a new En-Suite.

We loved everything about this hotel from the building its self to the beautiful bathroom. We got upgraded to a bigger room due to a cancellation with no extra charge. The room was spacious, spotless and very quiet for sleeping. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful sorting our taxi for us. We didn't try the food as we went out all evening, but other guests we spoke to said it was wonderful. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very quiet and homelike. The breakfast was generous and the two dinners I had in the Carvery were quite good. This was my second stay (six nights) and I was visiting family in Heaton Moor. I had a rental car and appreciated the free car parking. It was very reasonable. -

6 of us stayed at the lodge for the Magic weekend at Etihad stadium. We all feel that the valve for money here was excellent. The staff were some of the very best and polite staff we had come across for a while. They really were helpful. The men of which they were 4 were made up with the quality of food that was served up at the buffet breakfast. Very nicely cooked well stocked all you can eat and drink breakfast included in the price. We will definitely recommend an stay here again.
