Bewleys was ideal for a night before and a night after a week in Egypt where we had to leave early in the morning and returned late at night. It was easy to find and there was good and reasonable car parking. The courtesy bus to and from the airport terminal was prompt and obliging. The transport to and from the airport was always on time and the staff knew which terminal I needed, even when I did not. The room was comfortable and surprisingly silent, given that it is right next to an airport. The room had everything I needed, and the cleanliness was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

I found the staff to be very very friendly. They set that home from home attitude that makes their guests feel very welcome especially the restaurant staff. All the staff were very friendly and couldn't so enough for us . I work in a 4 star Country Hotel myself and the room we stayed in was immaculate and we couldn't find anything wrong . Good location. Helpful and friendly staff. The usual good level of service offered at a Premier Inn hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Nice cooked breakfast. Obviously it's a "budget" hotel, so don't expect luxury, but I think Premier Inn's standards are quite high considering their prices.

Shuttle service was ideal for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean and I was able to have a good nights sleep before an early start to fly to France for meetings the next day.Relatively quiet- some traffic noise until late.

I booked Alderley Edge as a present for our parents Golden Wedding and 70th birthday celebration. They were going to RHS flower show at Tatton Park so the hotel was a perfect 'base'. My parents had a lovely room at the front of the Hotel (which was quieter) and the staff couldn't do enough for them. A card was provided from the Hotel which my parents greatly appreciated. In organising the weekend the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was staying there due to a wedding and they made the room available to be earlier in the day than normal.This is thought was extremely nice of the hotel staff and excellent from a customers point of you. - It was my best friends wedding and all the staff were very polite and helpful - nothing went wrong for anyone

Well-equipped room, clean and comfortable with full en-suite facilities. Traditional evening meal but very well prepared. Enormous breakfast, cooked to order, with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, toast, coffee and tea. Really friendly staff. We left thinking we would like to find an excuse to return. -

The restaurant in the main bar area serves the most wonderful food, and I really have to say "Compliments t the Chef". The service is fast and efficient and the food is served hot and with a smile.

friendly staff, we asked for a late check out and had no problem. Also couldnt find the hotel, we called and they guided us in problem. - It was very basic but we got what we paid for. It was good value for money and very convenient to where we wanted to be.

I stayed at the Eskdale Lodge around a year ago and had a lovely stay so re-booked as I was in the area again.

We loved everything about this hotel from the building its self to the beautiful bathroom. We got upgraded to a bigger room due to a cancellation with no extra charge. The room was spacious, spotless and very quiet for sleeping. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful sorting our taxi for us. We didn't try the food as we went out all evening, but other guests we spoke to said it was wonderful. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
