Shuttle service was ideal for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean and I was able to have a good nights sleep before an early start to fly to France for meetings the next day.Relatively quiet- some traffic noise until late.

This is a rarity, a lovely small hotel, locally managed and with oodles of character. The staff care about their jobs and wish to see that their guests have a wonderful time. Top this off with a great kitchen, enviable room appointments, nice bathrooms. It's a winning mix for an airport hotel. So much more desirable than the big concrete boxes

Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel itself is very welcoming and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. I love staying here and would chose it everytime.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and the facilities were fantastic. The hotel is ideally situated just between the very city centre and the universities, it's walking distance from major Manchester sites. The room was comfortable, clean and had tea facilities. location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
