A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff
greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room
was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all
the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and

Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived. We loved everything! Beautiful room with a balcony, even a rack to dry the swim suits as we spent much time in the thermal pools just up the road. Beautiful buffet breakfast, delightful dinner, our best meal away. Again greeted by owners.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We had a great room with a balcony with magnificent alpine views. Good breakfast (including fine coffee, lovely local cheese and eggs boiled to order!). The whole place has a wonderfully well-kept 1970s feel. A real heritage gem - with good Wi-Fi! A an excellent restaurant in the hotel - much better

Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything.
