Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

Hotelli oli esteettisin, missä olen ikinä asunut. Sisustus oli tehnyt erinomaisen elegantti, moderni, laadukas. Saimme fantastisen ullakko-huoneen, missä kaasu-avotakka, viihdyimme niin hyvin, ettei olisi lainkaan haitannut vaikka sää olisi ollut liian huono ulkoiluharrastuksille. It could not be more central within Zermatt. I would recommend it to anyone. - The staff was so helpful and the rooms were gorgeous. It was also very easyto walk from the train to the hotel. I would love to go back and stay there.

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We had a great room with a balcony with magnificent alpine views. Good breakfast (including fine coffee, lovely local cheese and eggs boiled to order!).
