Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. We loved everything! Beautiful room with a balcony, even a rack to dry the swim suits as we spent much time in the thermal pools just up the road. Beautiful buffet breakfast, delightful dinner, our best meal away. Again greeted by owners.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We had a great room with a balcony with magnificent alpine views. Good breakfast (including fine coffee, lovely local cheese and eggs boiled to order!).
