  The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is centrally located and all the key parts of Assisi were within easy walking distance. - I had everything I need in my room and nice breakfast included! The room was always clean.   I loved this hotel . It was spotlessly clean . It is run by a family who are very welcoming and helpful . The location is fabulous , it is just off the main square but is still quiet !   The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is not only beautiful but the location is wonderful. The hotel personnel make you feel like family--they are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a room with 4 single beds. The room was lovely and roomy and much more attractive than the picture. The hotel was recommended by friends ... что говорят » and they will get a great bottle of wine along with our thanks. - The charm of the owners and the location of this hotel to the bus depot and the center of the city were just great. While this is not an upscale hotel, and everything about it is not perfect, I would not hesitate to stay again. The view from my room was just stunning. EWvery member of the family worked there, and all were very kind and incredibly helpful.

It sits at the top of the city of Assisi near the fortress, which is a great spot to tour....It is a short walk down the hillside on cobbled streets to the Piazza del Comune....the town center. The staff was helpful and the food at the restaurant was good.
