Everythig...Charming and well kept country house with spacious rooms and

nicely furnished. We loved the views from the veranda of the Valnerina

The location is great, fantastic view, facilities are close, but you can still enjoy the countryside. The pool is lovely.

It is very beautiful place to stay. We had perfect apartment just for us (2 person). 3 rooms and kitchen. The breakfast was wonderful. I really liked this nice residence. Perfect place to stay for a long time. It is pity that we hadn't the possibility to stay there much longer.

Excellent for the whole family. Great play area for the kids - in sight of the rooms but far enough away so the noise doesn't bother anyone else. Fabulous place to relax after a busy day visiting Assisi. So close to the city that it is easy to go back and forth for naps for the kids or lunch. Very friendly owners! Fabulous price! -

This country house is my favorite place that I've stayed at during 26day-winter trip. I'd definate -
Second stay @ Il Roseto. Came back because it was so good the first
time. Massimo and family again great hosts. Il Roseto has great charm
and character, with a view of Assisi from the dining room that cannot be
matched. La Signora is sensational (93 yrs of age) and still in
everthing. Thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Assisi and
is just 12 minutes walking distance away.

We were looking for a last minute hotel in this area to stay close to some friends and found Il Capricci. Great comfortable, spacious room with lots of character throughout the facility. We have already passed on the recommendation to our local friends as they often have over flow guests and need a good value nearby. -

The receptionist is very nice and polite to us. The hotel enjoys a very good geographical location since it is in the city centre, which is around 5 minutes walk from the fabulous Duomo. Meanwhile, the room is quite cleam. We also cooked pasta in the booked room, the host gave us oil and you can have all the tableware that you need. I will also recommend this hotel to my friend who will come later to orvieto.
