The apartment we occupied was clean, spacious and near-new. The kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare our own meals and eat in comfortable, relaxed surroundings. The nearby town had a good supermarket from which we could purchase items and a restaurant, if we so wished.

This was perfect for families. The owners were very nice. The room was spacious, immaculate and very private. Wifi is free and there is a TV which our 4 year old enjoyed the cartoon channel! He didnt want to leave. It was a great location. We got to Deruta and Assisi with ease!

This is an exceptional B&B being so modern with all amenities yet set in a rural location easy driving distance to both Orvietto and restaurants. We wished we had have stayed longer. The hosts take care of all needs with an interesting breakfast, the provision of a lovely tart treat and even some of their wine! Great WIFI service too. -

Good security staff while only on site for breakfast went out of their way to help us including picking us up from ports nova bus depot and taking us up the hill in their car which was appreciated by New Zealand travellers who had been travelling over 25 hours to get to this first port of stay.
