  Everything was great! After we booked Lambros, the owner sent us a friendly email asking article details and arranged to meet us at the ferry. From there it was a short walk to villa, which is about a 2 min walk from the beach and in a beautiful setting with lots of vines and flowers. Every morning we would be greeted by him and or his sister and made to feel so welcome an - We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mata. This family-run place is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms all have private balconies, but there are also communal spaces which make it easy to meet other travellers. The garden setting is gorgeous and really peaceful. Many people hit up Ios to party, but we had a very relaxing time staying at Villa Mata. The little outdoor kitchen is handy for cooking up some food. Also the staff were really helpful when we were planning our onward leg.

  Modest but very cozy rooms next to a quiet, nice beach. Location perfect (10-15 minute walk up to the city, bars and nightlife). The owner Katerina is a sweetheart! - Accomodation was fine in a great location just a stones throw from a lovely beach. Thank you Maria and staff we may see you next year.

  Friendliness of Olga and staff, lovely view from porch, the pool and bar area (too cool to swim but beautiful!). Olga was very helpful when my husband hurt his ankle. She picked us up at ferry, handled all luggage, and drove us back to port. - Olga hotel must be the cleanest hotel I ever visited. The staff were talkative and very helpful.   The location is fantastic, the Nice Beach outside the hotel, the friendly and sweet sisters, that run the hotel. They are so friendly and helpsome, and the little dog Bella is so cute.   Owner dimitrios was absolutely fantastic and was more than willing to go out of his way for us any time we needed. The artistic design of lights and wood in the rooms is really cool also! - The swimming pool was geat and huge!! The desing in the room was fantastic!! Clean room!!   An amazing place with perfect view and unbelievable friendly housekeepers! The whole family is very nice and helpful and they were always there to answer all our questions:) Only 100 metres to a really nice beach and 10 minutes to the centre and a supermarket. - It was amazing to stay there for a week.   The hotel is on a hill oposite to the Ios town but near (2 min) from the main plaza and the bus terminal. It has a great view of the Ios and you can look at the sunset, especially from the restaurant.The room was cleaned and the towels were changed our towels every day.
