Location, friendly staff, free wi-fi. - Central and lively location and availability of very good food and drink establishments in the immediate vicinity. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good sized room. We would quite happily stay here again.

Although some of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, it is very clean, all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, looking up sites on the net for trains and buses etc.(we were staying juring a weather alert and trains were all suspended and delayed). Hotel is very central. Would definitely stay again. - comfortable bed!

The hotel is in a first class location for ease of walking to local attractions and general sight seeing. The young lady on reception was extremely pleasant and helpful. The coutreous, friendly staff went out of their way to assist. For us the location was great in a quiet spot, easy to park car. We were only in Toulouse for one night stopover and was a great choice. Excellent value for money. Spotless rooms, breakfast included, wifi access. -

We had just arrived from an Edinburgh flight. I had never been in Toulouse before and there were a fair number of diversions. However we found the place , had a good meal not far away and a good nights sleep. We were travelling to a family wedding N/E of albi on route d999 and it was easy to get out of the town and onto the road we needed. All in

Room was perfect for a few days break. Modern decor and facilities. Kitchenette ideal to cook a few basic meals. Staff were helpful and always available. Restaurant in the hotel around the corner was really good. Easy access to the team line and metro links into town. Able to get public transport to and from airport easily.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more for us. The room was tastefully decorated but a bit on the small side. The room was very clean and fresh towels were delivered every day. The hotel is ideally situated with regard to all of the major tourist attractions in the city. Overall it was nice for what it was. -

The hotel was clean, secure (including the car park arrangements) and
well organised. We shared with friends who used the fold out bed in the
lounge, so it needs a bit of organisation for privacy, which was fine.
Other reviews refer to an 'unsafe' area. There were bars with
people drinking outside having fun and it's not a well-to-do area.

Privilege Appart was very convenient. It was quite close city centre, many local restaurants of all type from pizza to fine dining, and tourist attractions. Reception other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the secure parking was very useful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to eat in.
