Excellent value at the Hotel Montmorency but great bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Hotel Du Chateau. Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Cité. Staff were most helpful and the shuttle service to the hotel from car park was marvellous. A great holiday experience! - The beautiful view from our room. We stayed in Room 9 so you can see the Ramparts from your room. Also very beautiful with wood beam ceilings.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were nice, clean and looked new. Modern hotel close to airport and 10 minutes drive to old walled city. We used as a stop over en route and it was perfect for that. Room was small but comfortable and very clean with good shower and facilties. Good value breakfast. -

Visited in May by car. The reception staff was genuinely warm and helpful. Request a room with a view of Carcassonne. At night the fortress is bathed in soft light.
