Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Towels are changed regularly, more or less on a daily basis and they even provided us with champagne glasses for our sparkling wine when they noticed the plastic glasses we were using! Очень просторные апартаменты, на кухне есть все необходимое. Балкон со столом и стульями. На песчаный пляж нужно просто спуститься по лесенке. На пляже есть кафе, где можно недорого перекусить.
Своя детская площадка: качели, песочница и всякие копалки тут же. Во дворе беседка для барбекю.
Только самые лучшие впечатления.

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

The apartment was awesome. I had six people in my group and we where all very comfortable in the 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and nice. The apartment was about a 5 minute walk to the ocean and about 20 minutes to the borik marina.
The owners where fanatastic. even after we surprised them with an extra person coming along. They told us about a really good restaurant and where very friendly and helpful.

The arpartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed, and it was close to everything all the shops, cafés and bars. The owner was very nice too, very friendly and helpfull, he also introduce us to all his staff, they were great too. We felt very welcomed at the place. The owner had a bar under the arpartment, which was nice to hang out in the night, and we couldn't hear noise from the bar when we were in our apartment.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! It was perfect. The owner is so friendly and caring. He speaks Croatian, Italian, German and many more languages fluently. The apartments are very comfortable and clean. It's very close to the beach and also there are many beaches that you can reach by car in at most 5 minutes. All in all, great host, great location, great apartment.

Прекрасные апартаменты , немного далековато от пляжа но на машине 3 минуты. Есть всё необходимое на кухне , большая терраса. Общительная , гостеприимная хозяйка, по приезду предложила прохладительные напитки и пиво. Угощала своими пирогами и фруктами. В общем о проживании в апартаментах Миряна остались самые хорошие воспоминания.

This was the best experience I've ever had with lodging. Our flight arrived in late at night. We were tired and hungry. We were able to skip checkin and go directly to the apartment. The owner was kind enough to bring us food from his own apartment so that we would have something to eat. The apartment was large, clean, and had that new smell.

The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.
