The arpartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed, and it was close to everything all the shops, cafés and bars. The apartment was awesome. I had six people in my group and we where all very comfortable in the 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and nice. The apartment was about a 5 minute walk to the ocean and about 20 minutes to the borik marina.
The owners where fanatastic. even after we surprised them with an extra person coming along. They told us about a really good restaurant and where very friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.

It was perfect. The owner is so friendly and caring. He speaks Croatian, Italian, German and many more languages fluently. The apartments are very comfortable and clean. It's very close to the beach and also there are many beaches that you can reach by car in at most 5 minutes. All in all, great host, great location, great apartment.
