  The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York.   This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice.   I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible.
