  The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York.   This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice.   The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Very good breakfast. The staff was always very helpful and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. - Very good location

Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.
