The ladies working there were just lovely! One stayed on until after midnight to check us in when our flight was delayed. They were so helpful with all of our questions.
The place has a really homey feel to it. Interesting, historic, very comfortable. Easy stroll to the train station where everything is easily accessible. Great part of town for us

I had a great time at Chatswood Inn. I can't say much about the room itself (it's OK but nothing special), but it was perfectly clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is quite close to Chatswood train station, which is about 15 minutes from the city center on a frequently served train line.

It was very off putting from the outside. A house that had been turned in to a "hotel."
It turned out to be very quite and comfortable.
It is within walking distance to all the cafes, shops, restaurants and cinemas.

Host family were delightful. View was beautiful (early spring) and common areas were welcoming, comfortable and homely. Perfect for two self catered nights either side of a day in the snow / day of summer hiking. Breakfast included. -

Lovely warm welcome. The Uki looked beautiful but as it was a cold night, arriving in the dark, we opted for a room in the house. It was lovely. A fantastic hideaway from the stresses of life. Renate and Paul make you feel welcome the moment you cross the threshold, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfasts are amazing. The best parts for both of us were the tremendous views of Mt Warning and the sounds of the birds and wildlife at all times of the day. Comfortable rooms and surroundings.
