We were quite impressed with this B&B. First the view was quite
nice, up and overlooking some nice landscape. Second we were nicely

Unfortunately my wife and I only stayed one night with Rhonda and Claudio who were excellent hosts who ensured our stay was memorable and of high quality. Beautiful rooms, great dining room and choice of food and friendly atmosphere. Lovely quiet location on top of the hill. Would rate as 6 Star accommodation and recommend to all travellers staying in Bateman's Bay.

The apartment was great, very clean, spacious and comfortable and perfectly situated in the middle of the village. the location in the heart of thredbo was great, close to shopping area and tourist attractions. didn't need to use the car at all. the apartment was well set out and had everything that we needed.

Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
