Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent. The hot water was nearly instant. There was a separate area for relaxing / having breakfast. The poached eggs & bacon I had was better that most an very well presented. Parking was not a problem. I'm told by locals that the onsight restaurant is well regarded.

  We were upgraded (from a studio to a larger suite). However the accommodation was great. Very roomy and everything you needed was there. Great value for money and I would definitely stay there again. Compared to our other stay in Burnie (Wellers Inn) it was chalk and cheese. And the Wellers Inn was much more expensive. Staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. - Manager was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent in value, clean and modern considering the age of the building. Unfortunately we couldn't try the onsite bar/restaurant as it was a public holiday but it was appealing. View from upper deck very nice for a crisp morning coffee. We look forward to coming back.
