  Location is excellent Price is good Staff is friendly & knowledgeable Although they may need renewal soon, the facilities are satisfactorily maintained - Close to town yet affordable, very friendly staff and newly renovated facilities including a great bar. Great value.

  this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   We were upgraded (from a studio to a larger suite). However the accommodation was great. Very roomy and everything you needed was there. Great value for money and I would definitely stay there again. Compared to our other stay in Burnie (Wellers Inn) it was chalk and cheese. And the Wellers Inn was much more expensive. Staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. - Manager was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent in value, clean and modern considering the age of the building. Unfortunately we couldn't try the onsite bar/restaurant as it was a public holiday but it was appealing. View from upper deck very nice for a crisp morning coffee. We look forward to coming back.
