  Friendly professional staff that's very efficient and made us feel welcome. Staff attentive, well informed and helpful. Someone always open front door. We spent a few days in Uruguay and left our luggage at hotel. In summary a great staff that goes out of their way to make you feel special. Wonderful balcony/bar looking out on city and beautiful pool up there too.
