Liked a big lounge where we could see the Torres Del Paine National park pretty well. Room was also nice, clean, had a big window. We had a superior room as it was advised in the review. It was right, without the view from superior room it is not worth it.

A cosy place with the most amazing spa: Jaccuzzis, hot pool, steamroom, sauna, massage etc., all situated in a forest-like environment. Exellent breakfast. Gonna take my wife there, ALONE. - It was nice, we enjoyed our stay. Most of the time we went out for tours. Staff was very friendly.

The installations were adequate for the price, the internet was surprisingly fast, and the satellite television offered an enormous number of channels. The location is also very good, close enough to the main strip so everything could be done on foot, but far enough so we wouldn't be bothered by the crowds that fill the city center.

ation was not a big issue as per other reviews: most of the tours come to pick you-up, car service is provided for free between 20-24h and when not av - Staff were very attentive to our needs, made our lack of language diversity simple by helping in english, the dinner menu and chef were amazing and our expectations from other travellers who commended the chef online were easily met with evidence of his skill. The tours organised through the hotel were cheaper than those we had researched online. Thanks!

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The wifi was weak a little bit at our room but the connection was strong at reception and common area. The sta - Spacious room, big comfortable bed, nice little balcony with lake views, friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast, good common areas, good wifi. The service was excellent - we accidentally dropped a bottle of white wine on the floor and it smashed and wine went everywhere - they sent someone to clean it up straight away. The reception staff also booked a Minitrek tour of the glacier for us after we tried unsuccessfully to get a response ourselves from the company running the tour (Hielo Aventura)

staying a one night (moving to another destination of my argentinina trip) - Very friendly staff , very good atmosphere feels like a home. Very nice to come back after a long day of hiking to a place like that. The rooms are not big, but they are enough. There is a lot of sitting areas in the lobby, cozy. Was fun having coffee on a comfy sofa every day. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, if we ever go back to el calafate this will be our first choice.
