  Friendly professional staff that's very efficient and made us feel welcome. Staff attentive, well informed and helpful. Someone always open front door. We spent a few days in Uruguay and left our luggage at hotel. In summary a great staff that goes out of their way to make you feel special.   My reservation at letsbookhotel.com was never received by the hotel. If I hadn't been in town earlier and stopped by to double-check, I would not have had a room.   Value for $$! Location, location, location. Looks out over Recolleta cemetery. Being upgraded to executive suite, which is an enormous, if somewhat odd, room - without asking. Wonderful balcony/bar looking out on city and beautiful pool up there too.
