The young Man who checked us in was very nice, courteous, and professional.
I asked him if we could have a floor level if they had any available?
He said they did and one close enough to the office. I didn't even need to explain why.

Spacious. Very reasonably priced. FULL kitchen, not just kitchenette (though limited in counter space); other than having NO baking pans/dishes, the kitchen was reasonably supplied with basics. Reliable wi-fi and plenty of plugs for electronics.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the very comfortable king size bed and the complementary breakfast was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. -

Everyone was extremely friendly and the pool and breakfast bar were big hits with my kids. They aren't easily impressed. -

The breakfast was the greatest. Our room saved us from having to get two rooms by having a queen sleeper sofa in a little alcove with sliding doors for privacy. It fit a family with two teenage daughters perfectly. -
The help was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary that I have had.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.
The bed was excellent. -

The location. The room was nice ans the bathroom was great but the
shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet
space. The best parts were the black out blinds that were switch
operated so no need to get out of bed and of course that there was a

None of your descriptions are why we were there. The fact that you are
right by the airport makes it so convenient for the traveler, which is
why we were there. We particularly liked the comfortable beds and the
little alcove away from the bedroom which was perfect for anyone wanting

Location at airport. Proximity to decent restaurant, ease of check-in, quiet and clean room (no cheesy polyester spreads and nice decor). Decent coffee in breakfast area and hot tea selections in the lobby for any time refreshment.
