The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. WOW, where to begin!? I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

Spacious. Very reasonably priced. FULL kitchen, not just kitchenette (though limited in counter space); other than having NO baking pans/dishes, the kitchen was reasonably supplied with basics. Reliable wi-fi and plenty of plugs for electronics.

Our second time a this facility. We love the resort-style, park-like setting, spaceous and modern rooms and personable staff. It's also nice to have such quiet surroundings. The beds are extremely comfortable. Top-notch restaurant.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower
which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

Most everything was positive. Comfort, location, staff were all great.
Breakfast service was timely and delicious. - Loved the deck. We chose not to run around sight seeing and instead spent several hours just watching the harbor goings on, Mr. Ranier and the Olympic Mountains. It was memorable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel and the village was totally charming with lots of great shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also an amazing running trail that begins at the hotel's front door. The room was perfect with a great view and a fireplace!! We will definitely be returning. -

Rooms were large and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed. Staff were very responsive to requests. It was the last stop on our tour through Washington State and a great send off. Owners clearly have a service philosophy that they deliver on. Would definitely recommend.

So clean and everything seemed brand new. Kitchenette had a full fridge, stove, dishes, silverware, and dishwasher. The free breakfast buffet was amazing! It is a 20 min drive from Seattle Premium Outlets. My husband and I wanted to go out and have a few drinks and they have a shuttle that drove us to a local pub and then picked us up after.

Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break.

The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying; the kids menu (espcially the macaroni and cheese) was very good, too. -
I enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area and I like the proximity to Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms
