We liked that we were right next to the river where there is a park that runs all along it. We walked each morning along the river and enjoyed the sights - condos, herons, grass snakes.

Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. We were up on the fifth floor, so even though it's on a busy street we didn't have traffic noise. -

The staff was great very friendly and helpful. Amber at the front dest was great and Paige in housekeeping was the best. She went above and beyond trying to make our stay comfortable. Nice room and it was quiet. Probably the best thing was breakfast and the pass to the local Athletic club. Plus... the hot tub! Very nice. We were visiting friends and this was the perfect place to spend a night away from home. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel was very nice. Restaurant catered to the guests. Having special little plates for a snack after the play at the theatre across the street; just the thing we were looking for at a great price.

hotel was in the perfect location, you could walk to wherever you wanted

The ac in the first room we were given was not working properly. Called
down to the desk and they moved us to another room and it was fine.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and the bathroom had a great
heat lamp and fan! Also, my friend forgot her toothbrush and they had
one for her. Very quiet and they had a great complementary breakfast.

The accommodations were very nice. The room was big. I was very thankful
to be given a bottom floor room, as requested, for my mom who is unable
to go up stairs and has a hard time walking. The breakfast was nice.

Hotel Ruby was located within walking distance (10 blocks max) of everything we had planned for our trip to Spokane. The price was good. On-site parking was available. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The Sapphire Lounge is excellent.

This is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the city center but they have a shuttle every 30 mins to and from several places in the town ands are flexible about pick up points if they are able to be. Breakfast is buffet and quite adequate with good coffee. Rooms are a good size, clean with bathroom and coffee bar, tv and all the usual bits

Location was convenient and they had a free area shuttle. Rooms were fairly large and they had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom, 1 outside. Breakfast was great and the room where it was served was very nice with a great view. Parking garage and free onsite parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Area shuttle drops you off at Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market or Pioneer Square.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very comfortable and clean with a great view. We liked the new dispensers for shampoo, soap, lotion, etc. The breakfast had such an abundance of choices and the breakfast area was very neat, clean and fully stocked. -
