  The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer.   The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   We called to confirm the special arrangements to protect husband's asthma needs. letsbookhotel.com did not provide the notes to the lodge. They said this always occurred. The lodge did a fantastic job of taking the requested precautions I gave them directly. Also the front desk staff-ALL OF THEM WERE TOP NOTCH IN KINDNESS, helpfulness, quick, cari... o que as pessoas dizem » ng and warm. The lodge is so lucky to have those folks as staff. They were the best I've ever met. We came back Mon. Nite and Doug Smith was especiall - The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.

Getting downtown was easy with shuttle service provided by hotel, and the drivers were knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of hot water for the shower! Very easy to get to points in Metro Seattle. Breakfast in the room very good an inexpensive. Grocery shopping one block away, lots of small restaurants nearby, also.

I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.
