The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

The hotel has lots of charm and the rooms are very spacious. Also the staff were very friendly. The complimentary wine evenings are great and the adjoing Cafe Lladro serves great coffees and cakes. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. - The hotel was lovely, the staff extremely helpful.

The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.

Beautiful hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I was travelling with my young adult daughter and we arrived at 5,30am from Anchorage. We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm. The Sorrento was very charming in an old world way. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge.
The bed was really comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. It is a really great romantic hotel

This was a great find for us. The relaxed clibby atmosphere was just right forbour shortbtrip to isit our granddaughter attending Gonzaga. The location was perfect- just a short distance to the college and right downtown The service was fantastic and our room beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome. which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

We loved the French Press coffee,having a refrigerator and microwave, the shower in room 710, the layout of the room and the overall feel of the hotel.
