We needed a short get away and Riverstone was perfect. We were able to lay by the pool while we waited on our room to be ready and having a full kitchen gave us the ability to cook supper in, relax and watch the Masters Golf tournament. Didn't get to take advantage of the spa but it looked wonderful and the gold course was beautiful. We will stay

I enjoyed the fact that the pool and game room were open for 24 hours. Other resorts/hotels close at ten or eleven at night and if your family is out sightseeing each day, your children are always disappointed that they can't swim. The 24 hour pool solved that problem!

One of the nice things about this hotel is that it sits a bit back off
of the main strip but it is still within walking distance of many stores
and entertainment areas, including a movie theatre. There is a traffic
signal just down the block and if you are acquainted with the traffic at

good. The pool was great. New pull out sofa in rooms was comfortable.
Clean, convenient location in Pigeon Forge is close to Dollywood &
the new Baseball Fields on Wears Valley Rd. It's located about
midway on the parkway so everything is close! Very pleasantly surprised
with the quality, all inside corridor rooms.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad
reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel.
The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we
not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels

It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Ther room was very nice although I did request a smoking room. It was nice enough outside to smoke so no big deal. The cleaning staff accidentially threw away a souvineer but the desk clerk was very nice about it. I stopped in when I checked out to leave my contact number and he gave me the money for the item that was lost. It wasn't an expens

we went to pigeon forege to scatter my brothers ashes. my mom is on oxygen. the staff at this hotel was over exceptional. i really appreciate the hospitality we were given. as a rule when we go to a hotel with my mom it is a hassle, that was not the case at this place at all. thank you again. we will definately stay with you all again.

We were very pleased with the staff, the room and all accomodations.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were offered discount tickets, but
we had already purchased tickets online prior to the visit. Would
recommend as a lower budget place to stay. -

we really enjoyed our stay. we have a 6 lb doggie we carry with us everywhere we go. the microtel has 1st floor pet friendly. there was ample woodsy space to walk her which is sometimes hard to find. the staff were very friendly and accomodating. we will stay here again! -

For the price, this is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. We had the
King Suite with the Jacuzzi tub and we really enjoyed it. After walking
around Dollywood all day, the Jacuzzi was a great way to wind down and
relax in the evening. We also really enjoyed the private balcony
overlooking the river. The bed was also very comfortable to be a hotel
bed. For the price as well as the location, this is a great place to
stay. We will most likely try to stay here again next time we visit

The rooms were clean and attractive...beds comfortable and bathroom spacious. The continental breakfast offered a variety of food, fruits and juices, and the dining room supervisor was efficient and gracious. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Fletcher was really nice and helpful during check-in. We had 2 rooms booked and I requested smoking for both and when he found out I I had a wheelchair he went out of his way to make sure we had a wheelchair accessible room and both rooms next to each other. -

side" and the bad reviews were for the much older hotel side. The

The staff was very friendly and it wasn't to busy in the pool area
which was great for my two little ones. They really enjoyed playing with
the kids and making everyone feel welcome. Even got my in-laws a room

Very affordable!! Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! Really liked the location, its right in the middle of the "strip". There are other reviews that talked about a few negative things but for the money, looks, and comfort I could overlook some things. I would definitely go back.

The suite was very spacious with plenty of room (there were 4 adults). We really meant to cook a meal, but stayed too late in the smokies! Comfy and clean.
Really liked the Omelet Lady - Dina (I think was her name). She was amazing at not only making the omelets, but in remembering people's names and interacting with the customers. -

We really liked the room, it was very clean with no offensive odor. Even
the a/c unit's filter was clean! The price was another thing
that we liked, it was cheap, compared to other hotels. -
For the most part rooms were clean....neediing a little work on detailing. Waffle maker made for a filliing breakfast. Hotel staff was nice.

My friends and I really enjoyed the balcony that looked over the river,
though there was an rv park right on the other side. The location was
very close to Dollywood and within walking distance of the main strip,
so we were able to walk home from a Steakhouse one night and enjoy the
atmosphere of the town. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

allows for a feeling of privacy. The room was very clean as well. One -
all the staff were wonderful, especially shelby. she provided us with info on the inn itself as well as all the surrounding areas. she was really well informed and friendly with each of us . we really appreciated this kind of service since it was our first trip to the area. we're looking forward to going back soon.
