Everything enjoyed the stay very clean and very comfort bed and very nice rooms . would stay here again and again the breakfast is great the staff where so nice the breakfast host was wonderful and kept everything stocked up. coffee was great in front room area the rocking chair out side was great just lovely trip and stay with u all ,,, thanks. The rooms were clean and attractive...beds comfortable and bathroom spacious. The continental breakfast offered a variety of food, fruits and juices, and the dining room supervisor was efficient and gracious. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
todos opiniões » The pool was warm which made for an excellent swim. The bathroom was big enough for two people to fit in. The hotel is in a great location. It had a sauna which was pleasant. The towels were large and excellent quality. The breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and efficient, very helpful . Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was great. The location is perfect for shopping, shows and many of the restaurants. We were impressed with every aspect of this facility. We had a great time staying in the Ramada in pigeon forge. Loved the breakfast each morning. Our room was very clean. My daughters favorite part was the pool each night. Also they like the parrot in the lobby. The room was nice. They replaced the toiletries everyday. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and hard working. There has a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was good. The parking lot was great as we had a trailer with us and there was plenty of room to park it. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. I liked the location. I also want to compliment the breakfast hostess. She always made sure the food was replenished and the breakfast area was clean. I like it cause i could park and leave by truck and trailer on pavement to load and unload my car each night. Worked really well'. I loved it that is was very clean. The Ramada Inn was centrally located which made it convenient to access most of the activities and things to see in the area. We liked the location best. I have no criticisms of this facility. We will return. It would be nice to have adults only in the pool area after 10 pm. the smoking area right in front of hotel made it uninviting for non smokers. the area had nice rockers in it. The hot breakfast should be looked at. Need a better cook for the biscuits. the first few days they were bricks. I didnt like that you could smell smoke in the hallways from the smoking rooms. I also like to workout before my kids get up in the morning they did not give out the key until 7am by than my kids were up and ready for the day. The door closures were loud. The only thing was our timing - the Hot Rod road run which tripled travel time was held during our visit. Traffic could be a nuisance especially in the evening. Guest leaving their trash in the parking lot for someone else to clean up their mess. Eventually will cause the rate to go up but they don't see it as extra duty for the cleaning staff. We thought the hotel was going to be better than it was and was a bit disappointed but the people were really great. I thought we paid too much but it was spring break. Shower in bathroom was very strong couldn't keep water in tub and wall in bathroom was dirty. There wasn't anything we didn't like would stay there again. They need to have hot chocolate packs and cereal wa s a little stale . No bathroom fans. Vent system in bath rooms should be better and I believe some of the mattress are do for change out. Pool bathroom was dirty, without handsoap. indoor pool was very cold. Pool was a bit small. How Dark it was at the Pool. Needs better lighting. Didn't get to use the indoor heated poor due to unruly behavior and no supervision. Nothing. we liked everything. Refrigerator did not work and breakfast was skimpy. Traffic Housekeeping seemed a bit disorganized. Touring Bus from Philadelphia filling up the two dining areas. Need to do something with the doors. People let them close automatic and they make a lot of noise. Older Hotel. No towel bars in bathroom. The price could have been cheaper and the pool was cool for being a heated pool but in all it was nice. Ask to have rooms together we were apart by 24 rooms. View. Pool too small. Spa was built into the pool which made it the same temperature as the pool. Was not what i would consider a spa. Our window in our room was broke. When i asked the night shift lady a question she was very rude and ugly. People were slamming room doors all night and screaming up and down the hallway. we never got to sleep past 8am. there was a family there that was rude hateful wouldnt let you swim in the pool but there was no sense of saying anything after how i was treated earlier from the girl that was there at night. Probably wont be back just for that. The motel itself could have used a few updates, our air conditioner was broke when we got to the room, the bathroom was a mess, could have used a fan and a new toilet. And the paper holder fell out of the wall when used No HBO or Cinamax which made my husband bored. with the few channels he got. When we told them about all the problems all we got was I am sorry. Only one elevator very big pain having to walk a mile to front desk and no coke machines.
