Amazing facilities and the restaurant food is fantastic, the best Yorkshire steak i had in my life so far! The rooms are really nice. It has gone through an recent uplift and you can see it was a quick job in the finishing but you get over it as at the end of the day, it light years from any bandb. Certainly a hotel to romance your partner for that special occasion. The Ciro restaurant was superb!! I liked the thought that had gone into the decor creating the right atmosphere and ambience.

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.
