There were two aspects of our stay at Chester's Stone Villa Guest
House which I feel are particularly worthy of an especial mention.
Firstly, the genuine warmth and sincerity of the owners'
hospitality. 'They couldn't do enough for us' is a bit of a
cliché, but I found that Dave, Kirsty and Stephen were all very

I went to Chester for a birthday weekend, and was not disappointed.The
hotel had been given excellent reviews, and so that's why we chose
it. We were not disappointed, ... when we arrived both Kirstie and David
welcomed us and were very attentive, fetching our cases, recommending a
beautiful Italian restaurant to us and even booked the restaurant and
taxi. We stayed in Room 5 and was pleasantly surprised, the room and
bathroom were spacious, the bedding was beautiful, the room had fruit in
it,

Superb can do attitude from all staff. First time we had taken our puppy
away from home & the staff could not have done more to make our stay
relaxing & comfortable. A very big thank you to everyone. We would
like to suggest to the Management team that they may wish they may wish
to consider placing a litter bin/doggy pooh bin in the car park.

Common Barn Farm was a real home away from home!! It was in a lovely peaceful (and beautiful) location and Rona couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and meet our needs. It is also well located for access to the Peak District - 5/5.

We found this a very friendly hotel to stay in. All the staff we met were excellent and made our stay very comfortable.
