Amazing facilities and the restaurant food is fantastic, the best Yorkshire steak i had in my life so far! The rooms are really nice. It has gone through an recent uplift and you can see it was a quick job in the finishing but you get over it as at the end of the day, it light years from any bandb. Certainly a hotel to romance your partner for that special occasion. The Ciro restaurant was superb!! I liked the thought that had gone into the decor creating the right atmosphere and ambience.

The young male receptionist was the best receptionist I have ever met. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

The hotel building and rooms were luxurious and fabulous. The staff were fantastic and went that one step further to make our stay even better! The facilities were exceptional. We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.
