  Having stayed at the hotel before the refurb and enjoyed it the new look is excellent. Comfy and modern we very much enjoyed our stay, leisure facillities better then most gyms, excellent food in both the pub area and more formal resturant. Only 5mins walk from the town centre, enjoyed a morning of shopping and coffee!.   When we made the reservation we asked for a quiet room with a good view and to be away from the bar area if possible. We got just that, our room was on the other side of the hotel well away from the kitchen and bar area so it was very quiet, and we had superb views. There were also plenty of car park spaces so you didnt need to worry about where to... o que as pessoas dizem » park your car.The pool was an added bonus. - The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was clean and pleasant. We didn't stay long enough to use the pool or sample the food but we definately would next time.

  The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated.   Peaceful, the room service was excellent and the location was perfect. We didn't use the Spa facilities but they looked great. - Free use of the pool, gym, spa. The staff were great and the breakfast was fantastic.
